Welcome to All Thailand Experiences -- Many familes request private accommodations to meet their needs. This lovely, fully furnished towhhouse is available with any of our tours or soft adventures. Although we have a suggested itinerary below you can still design your own custom private itinerary and stay in the townhouse.
This itinerary includes the
best in culture and nature Thailand has to offer. We have also taken
children into consideration so they have plenty of fun. You will have
your own private, well-decorated and equipped 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse.
Your host will take care of all your needs including cooking meals,
cleaning and laundry when needed. Your townhouse is equipped with a
full kitchen, TV, DVD player, Computer with unlimited high speed internet
access, air conditioned bedrooms. Your host will sleep in her own room
downstairs and available 24 hours a day.

| Day 1 We will greet you at your hotel in Bangkok around 8:30 AM then travel by long tail boat through the city canals to see how the local Thai people live along the river. We then visit the Royal Grand Palace, Wat Po, and Wat Arun (the Temple of dawn). We will have a nice lunch at restaurant on the river then visit Vinmanmek Mansion before transfer to the train station for your 18:00 train to Chiang Mai. (2 joining 1st class air conditioned sleeper cabins with 2 berths in each cabin) (L). OPTION: late afternoon flight to Chiang Mai and overnight in your private townhouse with dinner. |

Day 2 We will greet you at the train station in Chiang Mai and take you to your 2 - bedroom 3 bath private townhouse and you will meet your host who will cook breakfast for you while you clean up and settle in. Wether you arrived by air last night or this morning by train we depart from the Townhouse after breakfast and visit beautiful Wat Prathat Doi Suthep temple located on top of the mountain with a breathtaking view of Chiang Mai below. We will then go down the mountain and board a private long tail boat for a ride on the Ping River. We will have lunch on the boat while we slowly leave the city and enjoy the quiet of the countryside where elephant grass grows wild, children play in the river and fishermen paddle their boats. After we return to the city we will visit a local market. Your guide will purchase ingredients to cook for your at your townhouse. Return to the townhouse where you can shower and relax while your host cooks dinner for you. If you wish you can join in and learn how to cook Thai food. Overnight in the Townhouse. (B,L,D) |
| Day 3 This morning after breakfast we will visit a quiet elephant camp for a 1 hour elephant ride, a 40 minute raft ride and a 30 minute ox cart ride. We will then visit a Lisu hill tribe village where you can shoot a crossbow, spin giant tops and learn how to play their traditional musical instruments. We then travel to Huay Teung Thao lake where we will have a barbeque lunch with Papaya salad on the beach in the shade. You will have time for swimming and relaxing before we return to the city and your townhouse. Again you host will cook dinner for you of either western or Thai food. Overnight in the townhouse. This evening you will enjoy a 2-hour traditional Thai massage at the town house while the children watch TV a DVD movie or play on the computer. OPTION: instead of swimming you can visit the Chiang Mai Zoo and see the Giant Pandas on loan from China. (B,L,D) |

| Day 4 This morning we travel to Doi Inthanon National Park and the highest mountain in Thailand. We will visit the summit and take a 3-hour easy walk through the real rain forest. This is the home of the colorful green tailed sunbird, which isfound only on this mountain and a common resident. We will the visit a Karen hill tribe village, coffee plantation and rainbow trout farm in the village. We then visit a Hmong hill tribe village and waterfalls before returning to Chiang Mai and your townhouse to clean up before enjoying a traditional Khantoke dinner with Thai music and dance. Return to your townhouse for the evening. (B,L,D) |

Day 5 Today we visit Chiang Mai’s famous temples including Wat Chedi Luang temple where the Emerald Buddha which is now in Bangkok once resided. We will then have lunch visit the handicraft factories, which have been an important part of Chiang Mai culture for hundreds of years. We then transfer you to the airport in time for your late afternoon flight to Bangkok. (B,L) |
