DAY ONE
DAY TWO
Today after an American Breakfast you will enjoy the beautiful scenery
of Doi
Inthanon National Park. The park includes the highest
mountain in Thailand and is the home of many exotic plants,
wildlife, waterfalls and Hill Tribe people. You will visit the
famous Twin Chedis dedicated to King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit for the
King's 60th Birthday.

Lunch will be at the Doi Inthanon Birding
Center. This afternoon we will visit a Hmong
Hill Tribe Village and the tallest Waterfall in Thailand,
Nam Toke Mae Ya, over 250 meters high. We will return you to your
Hotel before sunset. Overnight in selected

Tonight you are on your own to dine at one of Chiang Mai's Thai
or International restaurants, tour the famous night
bazaar for shopping, and indulge yourself in a relaxing Ancient
Thai Massage .

DAY THREE This morning after another hearty
American Breakfast we will depart for Baan Thaton on the banks of
the Mae Kok River.
Along the way we will visit the hill tribe museum
then to a small elephant camp for a 1 1/2 hour elephant
ride to a Lahu Hill Tribe Village. We then return to the
elephant camp by 4 wheel drive vehicle and a nice Thai lunch along
the stream at the restaurant there then on to Chiang Dao
Cave Shrine for a 1 hour walk through the caves then on
to Wat Thaton
with a fantastic view of Thaton and the river valley below.
We will then check into your selected hotel
or river side bungalows for the evening. |

DAY FOUR This morning after a hearty American
Breakfast we will visit Hill Tribe villages then high into the mountains
to Doi Mae Salong and a wonderful Chinese lunch. We then travel
to Ban Mai Mork Jam, a Shan Chinese village, on the Banks of the
Mae Kok River.
This village is famous for it's beautiful women and excellent
handicrafts such as Sa Paper, Hand Woven Cotton Material,
and Silver Jewelry. |
| From here we will travel by Long Tail boat to see
a traditional Lahu
Hill Tribe village famous for their woven bags and material.
We will walk through this village and visit the school as your
guide tells you all about the Lahu people, their traditions, and
lifestyle. |

We continue along the Mae Kok River through lush mountain canyons
to the Hot Springs with lunch provided along the way.
Here at the Hot Springs we will Camp
out for the evening in comfortable tents
complete with air mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Toilets
and Hot Showers are available. |
| Dinner will be Bar-B-Q Chicken, steamed vegetables, rice, and fruit
around the campfire.
There is also a small store to purchase beer, soft drinks and
snacks.

DAY FIVE

Hot Springs |
This morning you will enjoy a heart breakfast of coffee, tea, bacon,
fried potatoes with onions, scrambled eggs, toast, jam, and fruit.
You are free to relax and enjoy this peaceful area along the river
bank. You may bath in the Hot Springs or visit
the Akha village if you wish. |
| Lunch will be a delicious soup with tuna, ham and cheese sandwiches
and fruit
This afternoon we continue our journey on the Mae Kok River to
Chiangrai and spend the evening in your selected
hotel or guest house. |

| DAY SIX This morning after another hearty American
Breakfast we will travel to the northern most spot in Thailand
on the Burma Boarder at the village of Mae
Sai.
Here you can shop for handicrafts, jewelry and clothes made in
Burma. |

We then travel to the famous Golden triangle
where Thailand, Burma, and Laos join together along the mighty Mae
Khong River.
Here we will have a Thai lunch at a bamboo restaurant on the river
bank. You may take an optional 30 minute speed boat ride
on the Mae Khong if you wish.
We will return you to your selected Guest House or Hotel in Chiangrai
around 5 pm. Overnight in selected hotel or
Guest House |
DAY SEVEN
After an American Breakfast your morning is free for last minute shopping
or sight seeing before being transferred to the Airport.

EXCURSION INCLUDES:All transfers, baggage handling, transportation via air conditioned van,
guide, all meals where stated in daily itinerary, all entrance fees, lodging
in selected hotels or guest houses in Chiangmai and Chiangrai and Thaton,
