    DAY ONE

    We will greet you at the airport or train station in Chiangmai and transfer you to your selected Hotel or Guest House. We then visit Chiang Mai's famous city temples including Wat U Mong, Wat Chedi Luang, and Wat Prasing, and Doi Suthep Temple located on the mountain top overlook Chiang Mai ending at your hotel at 4pm. Tonight at 7pm your will enjoy a Khantoke Dinner with Thai and Hill Tribe music and dance. Overnight in selected Hotel or Guest House.

    DAY TWO

    This morning after a delicious American Breakfast see elephants at work as they would deep in the teakwood forest then a 1 hour elephant ride through the forest and stream. We then visit an Orchid and Butterfly farm.

    Lunch will be at a Thai garden restaurant where you will enjoy four different dishes and learn how to order and eat Thai food.

    This afternoon we will visit the handicraft villages of Borsang and Sankampaeng.

    Here we will see talented craft persons at work making lacquer ware, celadon, silk and textiles, wood carving, umbrella and sa paper making, silverware, and hill tribe crafts.

    Return to hotel around 5PM.

    Overnight in selected hotel or Guest House.

    DAY THREE

    This morning after at 6:30 AM we travel to the infamous Golden Triangle where the borders of Laos, Burma, and Thailand join together. See the northernmost town of Mae Sai and shop for Burmese handicrafts.

    Lunch will be at a nice Thai restaurant on the banks of the mighty Mae Khong river.

    We return to Chiangmai and your selected Hotel or Guest House before sunset.

    DAY FOUR

    After your breakfast you are free to explore the city for last minute shopping or take an Optional tour. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport or train station.

    EXCURSION INCLUDES: All transfers, baggage handling, transportation via air conditioned van, guide, all meals where stated in daily itinerary, all entrance fees, lodging in selected hotel or Guest House, and elephant riding.
